Order Cancellation
- Before Production: You may cancel your order at any time before the production process begins by contacting our customer service team. If the cancellation is made before any design approval or production has started, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- After Production Starts: Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted. However, if you wish to make changes to your order, we will do our best to accommodate them, though additional charges may apply.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once the order has been produced and shipped. However, we do consider refunds in the following situations:
- Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect due to a manufacturing error, you are eligible for a full or partial refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an order that does not match the specifications agreed upon, we will review the details and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.
Return Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items. Please ensure all details of your order are correct before finalizing your purchase.
- Return Requests for Defective or Incorrect Orders: If a refund or return is granted due to a defect or incorrect order, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. The return shipping costs will be covered by Pick Custom Boxes.

Shipping Costs
Refunds for shipping costs are only provided if the error is on our end, such as incorrect products or defective items. If the issue is not due to our fault, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customization Disclaimer
Due to the nature of custom products, there may be slight variations between the product sample and the final batch. These variations are not considered defects, and refunds will not be provided for minor discrepancies.
